Predicting weekly dengue cases for Iquitos and San Juan using Machine Learning algorithms.

Dengue virus, one of the most infectious diseases which can result in death for innocent life. Since it is spreading via mosquitos finding a pattern to detect spreading of dengue mosquito will be a chance to rise against it. In this project, I purpose a methodology and analysis between existing data mining technique to detect a vital pattern of spreading of dengue virus.

Procedures:

Overall, the proposed methodology provides a framework for using machine learning techniques to detect patterns in data related to the spread of dengue virus. By applying these techniques to data on temperature, precipitation, humidity, and vegetation, it may be possible to identify trends and predict the future spread of the virus, which can help to inform public health efforts to combat it.
